Workers Compensation Division

Welcome to our workers compensation division of the Lakewood Cerritos Dental Center.

The center has had many years of experience working with workers compensation insurance companies, third party administrators, and patients who have been injured.

When our office receives a phone call about a dental injury, we will see that patient immediately. 

After the emergency treatment, we develop a report based on the following steps:

• Diagnostic Evaluation
• Diagnoses with several graphic illustrations
• A proposed treatment plan which includes all phases of Dentistry
• A complete dental treatment estimate

The report is faxed and then mailed to the appropriate party.  We call and discuss any or all aspects of the treatment with the insurance examiner and the insured person.  After we receive authorization, we proceed with treatment.
