We take the extra steps as a service to our patients, and work with our patients to help explain their plan's benefits. We bill the insurance ourselves, and the patient's balance is kept separate. We then wait for the claim to be paid directly to us from your insurance.
We believe this way is more efficient for the patient as a consumer.
